I’ll cut to the chase and answer the question: is the iPhone deaf friendly?
Not really.
Comparing it to Sidekick, it is missing out few important features for the deaf/hoh:
- Custom Vibrations (depending on ringtones).
- AutoType (I use that all the time).
- Instant Messaging
- Landscaped Keyboard
