Walled Gardens – Good perspective on the “walled garden” metaphor being used against Apple lately.
AT&T makes sweeping changes to data plans, iPhone tethering coming at OS 4 launch – Oops. doing this right after Jobs' D8 chat? Not good. Updating iPad 3G data plans right after its launch? Not good. Also doesn’t bode good for VRS and point-to-point video chat on the go.

AT&T says existing iPhone customers can keep that unlimited data plan – Whew. (Not in this article but also apparently iPad 3G customers will get to keep their $30 unlimited plans as long as they keep it on “auto-renew”.)
Seriously cool LEGO printer that uses felt-tip markers as ink – Holy Kaw! – Retro-cool! I want one, cuz of the cheap ink refills. LOL. FYI, its about 75 DPI.
iPad traffic spikes on the weekends – Very interesting.

Good question about the deaf (TAP) plan. We’ll have to wait and see. Fortunately, it seems that those with existing plans won’t be affected (for the time being).

I contacted NCCD over incoming changes in iPhone plan and I got their reply….

that will be available. If you are currently on a TAP plan, no changes
will be made to your account. Please note that if you change from an

In answer to your second question neither Apple nor AT&T has made any
announcements in regards to an Apple 4G Iphone.
