You just need to find the person on the inside that is willing to do the footwork for you ;-) for Tice,

Four months later, they've yet to connect (their own!) dots to make this a reality. Having been lied to, misled, misinformed, et al... I would have cheerfully bought another iphone, but was told that t.a.p. was available for other specific devices. Which from I selected. FOUR MONTHS LATER, still I wait..... The latest is a "corrupt" pdf file that will not produce a legible form for the doctor to fill-out: ( for the THIRD TIME!! ) They're real sticklers for cover sheets on TPS reports people. To put it nicely. AT&T? THIS YEARS (AND LAST) HAIRY BEAN BAG AWARD WINNER!!!!!!

They said that it is true and will honor it if you fill out the application form and have your doctor/audiologist sign it and mail/fax the form to them. So enough of all non-sense talking about TAP won't work with new iphone, etc, etc. Yes it will be $40 monthly unlimited data plan only. The normal (not iPhone) AT&T TAP plans only cost $30, so it looks like they built the extra cost into the iPhone plan from the start. Sell it, give it to a friend, wife, dog, whatever, but they will have to purchase contract with voice plan with AT&T by either walk into store or do from computer.
