Hi Roger,
I absolutely agree with your point and suggest the following:

“Mr Jobs, The Iphone will gain greater market share by adding features that assist in communication and entertainment for the deaf/hard-of-hearing communities. Namely closed-captioning for movies and Ichat. The baby boomers have driven our economy since 1964 and are now retiring at over 10,000 per day. Many of those baby boomers are tech savvy but are also losing their hearing. Addressing the needs of both communities will undoubtedly put Apple technology at the forefront of the baby boomer wave, as well as generating fantastic publicity and increased sales when touted as being deaf-friendly.”

Yo Roger Vass! Out of curiousity, ur iphone supports vibration from calling? I am not suprised if Apple, inc might not realize about closed caption and aim, yahoo & msn instant messgeners (ichat). Nice to see your shoot film at the mall! Long time no see you since we were at rochy… :)
